Larry Schmolt, author of Price Hill Saloons and Much, Much More!, is a lifelong resident of Price Hill. He grew up on Purcell Avenue and still lives in the same house on Rutledge Avenue where he and his wife settled in 1952. Over the years, Larry has served his community in many ways. He was President of the Price Hill Civic Club for ten years, during which time he was instrumental in founding the Price Hill Historical Society. And for the past five years, Larry has served as the Coordinator of the Price Hill Historical Society and Museum.
